They'll make a documentary about anything. The Aristocrats is the world's most famous unknown joke - it has a definite beginning, a definite ending and a very elastic but profane middle.

The directors (comics themselves) collect dozens of personalities from the comedy world to talk about their experiences with (and tell) the joke in question. It's all very entertaining as a glimpse behind the curtain, but the ironic thing is the funniest part is Kevin Pollack's impression of Christopher Walken telling the joke.
