Surprisingly little action for a film with the word in its title and the tagline 'The only thing you'll need is a seatbelt'. It could have been a lot more if it had lived up to the promise of its name, but it's remarkably average attempt to make an urbane black James Bond out of Weathers.
There's a completely forgettable plot, only interesting as one of Sharon Stone's early screen deaths (in circumstances that make you think the hero should have saved her) and as such is left looking decidedly non-action packed.
