Like Happy Feet years later, this was seen as an Australian film even though it was financed with American studio money, and you can see it in every frame.

The cute story of a farm pig who becomes the best performing sheep dog ever through simply asking the sheep nicely conquered the word. The plot's full of holes but it was an innocent good time.

Also a breakthrough at the time because of combining live action photography with animatronics and CGI.
