As much a remake of Porky's as any film from America or anywhere else over the last twenty years. A bunch of iconic Australian teens (the hoons, part boys, young lovers, party chicks etc) are all trying to reach the gold coast for schoolies week by any means possible.

Their travels and lives crisscross, shift and change, and essentially it's a coming of age story about how everything changes when you finish school and you start to grow up whether you want to or not.

It's adequately entertaining the whole way through but some scripting glitches where you have to wonder what the point was, and there are some overzealous performances tempered with fairly realistic ones by some recognisable as well as new faces.
