Bone Snatcher

Yet another lame, colour by numbers version of the horror movie template that rips off Alien's other-world-monster-hunts-down-characters-one-at-a-time premise.

A coproduction between Canada, South Africa and England, it depicts a desert mine security crew who get cut off in the Namib desert and picked off one by one by the strange beast roaming the darkness.

The creature's origins and purpose are never really explained, and despite the seen-it-a-million-times story, it's fairly professionally done. But there are a lot better examples of an already saturated genre.
