Tired, early Schwarzenegger-years yarn where his name, history, character and motives are completely immaterial to the plot - as long as it gives him lots of opportunities to arbitrarily blow shit up and kill people.
It had something to do with rescuing his kidnapped daughter, and the one interesting point was noticing the Australian accent of the villain. Turns out it's the guy who played Wez in Mad Max 2 who made a very minor splash playing tall Hollywood villains in a handful of movies (like Innerspace).
