Spoiler!
What looked like a very sexy action/techno thriller, like an edgier, soft porn The Matrix, turned out a bit of a disappointment.
It's not afraid to name names in the big business world of tech and games development, but the promising set-up doesn't really go anywhere.
Setting up a deal to distribute hardcore manga from a Japanese producer, Connie Neilsen plays a hard as nails businesswoman who gets mixed up in a world she thinks she can manage, filled with corporate espionage and counterespionage.
It shifts into high gear in a surprisingly scary and crushing ending where the heroine finds herself locked in a grimy prison cell in Eastern Europe waiting for some kid in the world to give a credit card number to watch her get sexually tortured over the Internet.
