Dr Detroit
Fairly spritely comedy about set-in-his-ways bachelor whose life is turned upside down by gangster trying to run off and lump his problems on someone else. In order to square off with the local gangster overlord ('Mom'), he assumes an alter-ego, Dr Detroit, a nasty surgeon who can fight like his usual self can't. Carter steals the show as black brother servant Aykroyd adopts with everything else, particularly when Hesseman taunts him into the beating.
