When he stumbles upon a secret weapons importing deal in his own department, known only to an unwitting military contractor (Williams), he has to go deeper undercover than ever and get to the bottom of the scam and protect her.

Some cool special effects (his exit from the plane, the crocodile attack, the EM weapons) and not too derivative a storyline make it a solid good time to be had.
