An interesting tale about the survivor of a plane crash (Bridges) who is disconnected from life, his family and everything else around him until he threatens to lose it.
Emerging unscathed, he finds a connection with a fellow survivor (Perez) at the expense of the connection he should be feeling with his own family. He also comes out of the ordeal (as the title suggests) completely without fear and in some cases foolhardy.
It's not very clear what the movie's trying to say but it's very well done with great performances by some very accomplished actors and good, taut direction.
