A fairly run of the mill cop thriller, albeit with one difference; the villains are the protagonists.
Cops (Belushi and Shakur) sell drugs, kill their dealers and sell them again to scam extra money.
When they kill an undercover DEA agent, things go from bad to worse as they lurch from one crisis to another (and as the bodies pile up) trying to maintain their cover before their seedy past catches up with both of them. Nothing special from an idea that hasn't really been explored before.
