The sort of movie you get because you think it's going to be B grade schlock horror, thanks to Poltergeist making us all think clowns in horror movies are going to be bloodthirsty flesh eaters.
But the clowns just shoot the dumb teenagers with their stupid ray guns, and the schlock and gore you expect never materialise. Hence, the lowest B grade crap with nothing on offer to make it the cult classic you think it will be.
