A great story well done about some honestly portrayed, lovable characters. A group of old Brit mates trying to get through life the best way they know how get together to help the passing of one of their own. During the trip to the oceanside town he wants his ashes scattered, they think back on their last fifty years as friends - where a quiet pint at the local is as important a part of the fabric of life as their lovers and families.
Charming, understated and underrated, with the cream of Britain's acting talent showing it can hold it's own without any special effects or gimmicks.
