The crass, lowbrow laugh-fest it looked like. A midget thug (Wayans, his face CGI--ed onto a tiny body) comes out of prison and straight away pulls of a diamond heist with his dolt partner.
The diamond is inadvertently planted on a young woman and the crims realise the only way to get inside the house to get it back is for the tiny brains of the outfit to pose as a baby so they take him in.
It takes days to locate the diamond and rip it back off the woman and her devoted husband (Wayans) and by that time we've had plenty of opportunity for crude, violent and predictable man-posing-as-baby jokes with al liberal dosage of man-realising-how-important-family-is.
Classic Wayans - that is, not too classic.
