I hardly remember anything about this bland Chuck Norris actioner except that it came out during the advent of the home video revolution.
In the early days of video shops you'd buy $100 worth of credit. During the school holidays one year my family and I went through the whole library of Video Bug, Gymea Bay Rd, watching movies like Escape From New York, Razorback and this one.
Norris was a renegade lawman, Carradine was the drug kingpin adversary, and I wouldn't be surprised if we see a Tarantino-produced remake any day now. A cult classics waiting to be discovered but still a crap early 80s martial arts movie.
