I don't remember much about this movie other than that it didn't progress and seemed to be more about sniggering, shocking violence that telling a story. I'm pretty sure I didn't finish it as a result.

Pipping The Blair Witch Project, Cloverfield and a million other DIY/Youtube generation nods at the post before the Internet was even here, it's a mockumentary of a TV crew following around a talkative and cynical serial killer, becoming more implicit in his crimes. An early comment on the media's role in war and injustice? Perhaps, but after the director passed away not yet 40 years old a few years back, we'll probably never know.
