Slow as wet week 'comedy' from the famed and in my view notorious Coen brothers. If there was a point, I missed it. Like an abstract painting, I got the feeling only a crowd of pretention would understand it - or claim to. Absolutely no stretch for an actor of Billy Bob Thornton's calibre as he stood around through the whole movie with the same vacant expression of boredom, chain smoking and not reacting to anything. Frances McDormand as always delivered the best performance the script allowed her.
