Continuing the story for no reason other than the name, the second outing for Pee Wee and his friends has nothing to do with the titular house of ill repute, but deals instead with (as the tile suggests) the next day.
Pee Wee (Monahan) has finally been laid, and adjusts the growth chart he hides under his mattress accordingly. The guys get on with their lives, which includes putting on a school play that the local Klan and political establishment has issue with.
So they gang together to wreak revenge on the authorities that would stop them with predictable but very enjoyable results if you liked the original.
