A pretty enjoyable tale with some extra touches to the story to keep it from sinking below its worthy lead characters.
A band of high tech crims - each with a speciality - hire themselves out to test security systems. The former partner (Kingsley) to their leader (Redford) comes up with a potentially destructive technology that can hack any information anywhere, any time. The high concept 'hook' is that information is the new currency.
The charismatic performances make most of the film watchable, even now it's a struggle to try to remember the plot, other than it contained some surprising twists and turns.
