Fairly dull case study about a tough army sniper and an Olympic Marksman who becomes his partner to eliminate a Central American drug lord. Too much 'establishment' not enough story, as in Berenger's wooden 'We'll wait days for one shot'. The only outstanding feature was the camera work in tracing the bullets in slow motion.
