Superman 4: The Quest for Peace
| Year: | 1987 |
| Director: | Sidney J Furie |
| Cast: | Christopher Reeve |
The last sad attempt to cash in on one of the most successful franchises of the eighties, nothing special from any perspective, just another attempt by Hollywood to assuage guilt and redeem America on screen after the shambles that has been its entire military history as Superman rids the world of all nuclear weapons. Nothing in the story stood out, and without the presence of the Superman character, it wouldn't have even got a green light.
